You might wonder if it is even possible to make an eggnog that is bariatric-friendly for holiday drinking? One that isn’t overloaded with sugar, fat and alcohol? Well yes it is possible to make the classic one a tad more healthy but it won’t be really low in fat nor totally sugar-free.
