A NEW YEAR BRINGS NEW HOPE! 2020 was a year of incredible stress, anxiety, and fear. These factors caused many of us to develop and resort back to habits that are not healthy. The silent monster that created so much havoc and destruction is finally on it’s way out. In it’s wake many of us have been devastated and left with pain on the loss of someone we loved. While it is not easy accepting the loss of a loved one, it is our wish that you find some consolation in the memories and the love you shared with them.
2021 is a new year where we can recharge. And, now being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel provides encouragement for us to recapture all that we had been deprived of with the lockdowns and quarantines. You are entitled to the happiness you are seeking. And, we are here to help you achieve it. The start of a new year leads to a new you (even though we believe the old you wasn’t bad). The start of 2021 presents us with the impetus to restart our weight loss efforts, and we are here to assist you. Our magazine is one of the tools in our kit to help you accomplish your goals to long-term weight loss. The miraculous development of a vaccine will hopefully allow all of us to socialize more and be more active. It is time to reset our goals and become more aware of the habits that developed in 2020 so that we may fix them in 2021.
We will look forward to a wonderful year, a happier, and brighter tomorrow, where we can restart our lives and regain our happiness. I want to thank all of you for the support you provided me in 2020 and look forward to continue being a partner on your weight loss journey and part of your lives in 2021. Please enjoy this first issue of our magazine for the year 2021. It is full of great advice and information that can help you achieve success this year.
