Along with the happiness life deals us comes along trials and tribulations. Dealing with them can often be very difficult and problematic. 
Learning to love yourself provides the power within you to deal with them. This not only pertains to bariatric patients, but to all of us as well. Learn to treat yourself like someone worthy of love, respect, and compassion. You deserve it. Wake up to how amazing and powerful you truly are. Loving yourself will help make your bariatric journey that more successful and effortless. The greatest love of all is easy to achieve. Believe in your strengths, compassions, intellect, faith, and you will find the greatest love of all inside of you. You will realize it is the greatest love of all.
